Horrible customer service. They do not stand behind their warranty. Ryan came up with every possible excuse to blame their failure on our professional workmanship. At the end he agreed to cover the part but this was after the crappy attitude, poor excuses, and went on like he was doing me a favor. I took my business to the dealership, yes I paid almost 3x more but I rather spend my money where vendors don’t automatically put blame on their customers. After installing the new part the a/c is working as designed, pressures are within specs, and no more leaks. I HAD been doing business with them for 20+ years. I have recommended them hundreds of times to my customers. But they have lost my business and I will not be recommending them anymore. The atmosphere truly changed when Al retired.
