Mesquite Electric LLC dba Mesquite Heating and Cooling lic# 58420

About the Business

If you’ve ever had to deal with a surprise AC breakdown in the middle of a Mesquite summer, you’ll understand why locals rely so heavily on Mesquite Electric LLC dba Mesquite Heating and Cooling lic# 58420. Tucked away at 660 Hardy Way #42, Mesquite, NV 89027, this small-town gem delivers the kind of responsive, no-nonsense service you’d expect from a company that truly understands the needs of desert communities. From our firsthand experience, they don’t just show up—they show up prepared.

What immediately stands out is how streamlined their process is. We had a central air unit that went completely out—middle of July, triple-digit heat, tenants panicking. A quick call, and within hours, someone was out not just to inspect but to diagnose and offer realistic options. No upselling, no vague answers. Just straight talk, clear quotes, and a clear path forward. That level of clarity builds trust quickly, especially when dealing with high-cost systems. And if you check reviews around town, it’s a recurring theme—people mention how communicative and honest the team is, even when dealing with tricky diagnostics or older equipment.

Their electrical services are equally impressive. For property managers or anyone responsible for commercial buildings, the range of services they provide under one roof is a lifesaver. It’s not often you find a licensed electrician who also specializes in HVAC and does it well. That crossover means you’re not juggling multiple contractors when issues overlap—which, if you’ve worked in maintenance or construction, you know happens more than you’d like. Their licensure and compliance with Nevada’s strict electrical code regulations reflect serious professionalism, and we appreciate that their staff always seems up to date on new efficiency standards and safety requirements.

Locations like Mesquite need reliable establishments—not just businesses, but points of interest that become known for consistency. That’s the kind of reputation this company is building. Their technicians don’t just fix—they educate, showing you what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. That kind of transparency gives customers peace of mind and sets the tone for long-term relationships. Whether it’s a simple outlet issue or a full HVAC replacement, they handle each job with equal importance.

In terms of expertise, it’s worth noting that the company stays ahead of the curve by investing in diagnostic tools that cut down on guesswork. One technician mentioned they recently started using thermal imaging to detect hidden electrical faults—a game-changer for older properties in Mesquite where wiring can be a wild card. Having access to this kind of tech, paired with experienced hands, means less downtime and fewer surprises.

Overall, the blend of reliability, skill, and genuine care makes this business one of those rare finds in a small city. Locals have plenty of choices, but when it comes down to who’s consistently delivering across HVAC and electrical systems, the reviews and word-of-mouth support all point in one direction.

We had some warranty work done on a furnace installed in a new house. It's great to work with businesses that stand behind their work.

Had new A/C installed 9/12/18. 9/16/19 A/C froze up. They came back and added freon (which, according to professionals, should NEVER need to be done). 10/7/19 it froze up again - they added MORE freon. It has recently froze up twice (NO, we do NOT adjust a/c more than 1* at a time in this awful heat). This co. tried to bill us for the added freon in Oct. /19 but we refused to pay because it should never have happened. Last night we froze up again - we called a different company in town. Ridiculous...

I had just returned from a business trip and walked into a home that was hovering around 90°. I have a Nest thermostat so I knew on the road that something was wrong with my heat pump. I made a couple of calls to local companies; what a joke. One major local company insisted that I need a new six-thousand system. Another local company didn't even have somebody to talk to; everybody busy. Scrolling down the list I came across a company who is now associated with Mesquite Electric, Rager. My recommendation is to give Mesquite Electric a call ASAP if you have a question or problem with your HVAC equipment! I'm sold on these guys.
