Had an excellent experience today with J&R. The moment I called they explained everything clearly, kindly and concisely to someone who has never had propane. The man on the phone was very patient with me despite my lack of knowledge. Buying your first home is stressful enough, having to add the stress of having propane heat for the first time was not great. From start to finish, the process was so easy. From setting up my account, to the tech coming and setting my tanks. The tech today came on time, greeted me with a smile and let me know exactly what he was doing. Came back in after and tested my stove and furnace. Explained my bill down to the dollar. In and out in less than a half hour. The most seamless process ever and pricing was the best around. Definitely support this business!

J&R always services our residential and farm tanks - with efficiency, courtesy and at times with a well-needed bit of humour. However it wasn’t until I found out I needed a 30lb tank recertified in a pinch how great their customer service really is. Bruce took care of my request immediately on arrival and also refilled the tank. It was inexpensive to recertify - these guys really helped us avoid a hiccup in our accommodations business when we needed it.

Woke up this morning to zero propane, I called my current propane company and they told me “we are backlogged and can’t make it there until the 27th”. They were so desensitized and rude. This is my first winter being in a home with propane, I have no clue when it comes to checking propane levels. Called these guys and they were at my house within a few hours of my initial call. They were amazing! The driver went above and beyond to make sure my heat was working and I wasn’t left in the cold. Will forever use J&R! 10/10, highly recommend!
