Horrible horrible people they don’t help you I went to look at a home it was filthy & they did not care they wanted to rent out the apartment with mice dog Poo and much more on the floor the smell is horrible they stated someone was evicted prior . dalton and Josh are very rude they don’t give you a chance you will never meet the owner due to them working n office I have recommended so many people here due to it being a church and I HIGHLY REGRET IT ! -10000000000 please call health department and call better business please let’s stick together and get justice for our hardship

I have been renting from this company for almost 6 years and in these past 6 years I have been treated like family. I am so grateful to have such a caring landlord. If you have even the smallest issues they fix it right away. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this company. I would highly recommend renting through them , they are affordable and they work with your schedule. They do just about anything to keep their tenants satisfied. Even if it’s just a little light socket out in your apartment,they send maintenance over to fix it that same day.

This place helps people to get back on their feet at a very reasonable price. They are Christian people who go out of their way to make u feel like family.
