Elk Creek is a classic country store which is becoming a rarity these days. This place has such a great community feel. The food is absolutely delicious with a large variety of choices. It is our go to place for breakfast sandwiches and fried chicken! Everyone that works there is super friendly 😀. This place is one of the best hidden gems at LKA!!!

Literally am only giving this place an extra star because they still have sodas- that's it. I work near here and frequent this store often for breakfast and lunch food, drinks and cigarettes. Last summer, was the BEST for food before Holly stopped working. Now, you're lucky to get food that's even hot. If it is hot, it's burnt. The employees have terrible attitudes and are clueless about the products. After the manager leaves in the morning, the food is scarce and sloppily made... and they ALWAYS run out of food and do not replenish. Diane has terrible manners towards the customers and always has the attitude that you're bothering her by even being there. They serve sausage "biscuits" that are actually just hamburger buns... this place is just trashy 🙄

Fantastic Lake Store. Little bit of everything for your vacation or daily life needs. 24-hour gas available, ice, firewood, and actually some good food. Stopped by a few mornings to grab a drink and SOS on toast. The SOS was really good. The cashier said there was a lot of retired military in the area, so they made it for them. They have a good amount of fishing supplies and a little bit of boat needs. If you need some groceries, gas, or just a snack, come see the friendly people at Elk Creek.
