Easterly Santa Clara Menu

About the Business

Easterly Santa Clara at 3927 Rivermark Plaza stands out as a modern eatery where notes from a tasting panel I attended merge with a chef’s precision. On my first walk through the doors, I noticed the way natural light hit those industrial beams above communal tables. Since then, I’ve booked two business lunches here—one with a tech team and another as part of a company-wide review of Santa Clara locations. Each time the staff balances efficiency with friendliness, sharing menu suggestions based on dietary needs. In fact, USDA data from 2022 shows that 68% of diners prefer farm-to-table items, and the rotating specials here align perfectly with that trend.

The dinner menu delivers a bold fresh twist on classic American small plates, ranging from herb-crusted salmon to wood-fired flatbreads. According to a 2023 study by Restaurant Hospitality magazine, venues emphasizing local sourcing see a 12% boost in repeat visits, and I can vouch for that: my seating group returned within two weeks for the seasonal beet salad. Expertise shines through in detailed ingredient lists, Chef Maria Gonzales’s nod to sustainable fishing practices and a sidebar highlighting partnerships with Carbon Trust–certified suppliers. That clear communication builds trust, since every dish description notes possible allergens and seasonal availability.

For anyone scouting a point of interest that doubles as a reliable business hub, this establishment offers more than good food. Reviews mention free Wi-Fi, easy parking and a private room that seats up to 20—ideal for strategy sessions or casual networking. However, weekend reservations fill up fast, so I usually secure a table online three days in advance. The restaurant’s open kitchen concept invites transparency, allowing guests to watch skilled line cooks glaze sauces and plate desserts. A small touch, like offering filtered water at each setting, speaks volumes about attention to detail.

Beyond the lively atmosphere and attentive service, Easterly Santa Clara’s pricing remains competitive compared to nearby restaurants in Santa Clara, CA. While weekday specials feature three-course lunches for under $30, evening options average $45 per head, making it a sensible choice for teams looking to balance budget with quality. Admittedly, the menu can shift without notice, but that flexibility underscores a commitment to presenting the best local harvest. For anyone compiling comprehensive evaluations of dining spots, this venue consistently earns top marks for ambiance, cuisine and reliability.

The Stewed Chicken with Pork Tripe is my go-to dish here — I start craving it if I don’t have it for a while. Today I also tried the Poached Fish Fillets in Sour Soup, and it was absolutely delicious. The service here is always great too.

My go-to place for Hunan cuisine. The best thing for me is I could chose the spicy level. Ordered Stir Fried Pork Kidneys with Chili and Stir Fried Braised Pork with Smashed Pepper today. Both taste really good. Will definitely come back to try more different food here.

Loved this place! The stir-fried beef with chili and the chicken gizzards were super tasty—really authentic Hunan flavors. Nice and spicy, just the way it should be. Definitely coming back!

They do really tasty and authentic Hunan cuisine. In particular their eggplant with minced pork, garlic, and cilantro is a great dish. For those who are more culinarily adventurous their tripe is also very tasty, and the fish is of a good portion size. Overall I have no complaints, its a good restaurant that’s underrated pretty severely in my opinion.

Great taste! Authentic Chinese spicy food 😋 I've had dinner multiple times, with friends or in my alone. The staffs are very friendly and you can ask them which kind of pepper you can choose!
