If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the 6th time that none of my renewal paperwork has gotten processed even though I brought it in and had them stamp it. They told me to bring in proof of income, I did, ONLY to get a letter stating I didnt and my case is getting closed. EVERY SIX MONTHS IT IS LIKE THIS!

It's as if they enjoy not doing their job. They laugh when you call, are rude and will disconnect the call. Between child support, child protective services and this office, they do not ever do their job to help. We pay taxes and pay their checks for what? To deny the help families need and to be told they can't help or do not care. Call a church, as if they're the ones in put on place to help. Such a joke and a disgrace to the people, every one of these agencies, the staff and the supposed reasons they use the policies as.

I will try to drive a bit further to go to the Smyrna office instead of this one. Not only have they lied to us multiple times, like how we "can't go to their office" if our case isn't there, told us they received our faxes when they lost it, etc. Other office told us clearly that we can go to any office to drop papers off and to do medial tasks. Also when I did drop my papers off this last time, there were no changes to my case, so I assumed I needed no paystubs since I don't receive paper stubs regardless, yet they accepted my papers, even asking me "do you get paystubs?" I said no, but she didn't tell me why or anything, just said have a good day, bye. Now I have to do it all over again. Lazy and unprofessional. Plenty of people need your help here, get another job if you don't want to!
