If you are pregnant and need care i recommend getting a new place :(… Had a sad experience with them. Went and was confirmed pregnant at 4weeks2days, had pains and was checked at emergency and told they had better “machines to see if it was a miscarriage or early pregnancy” when they got the positive for them to confirm Marina G. said that my pain was normal and would only get worst as my pregnancy progressed that i would see, and they didn’t have to do any check in, when i took my papers out from other 2 visits recommending i get checked out by them (since they were my primary) she said i would have to wait to be 2 months to be seen. But was assured all was good. It was my first pregnancy so i left relieved. My first appointment i mentioned this to the ultra tech she seemed concerned, asked the name of who told me that but didn't say nothing. She also refused me and my husband to see the screen. After i was put in a separate room where they wanted to take my husband out, and leave me alone. I fought against it and told them he was my husband and the father then they let him wait with me for a DR. A different DR not my OBGYN the DR i had chosen came in told us that it had no cardiovascular activity and no growth since 6w2d and that unfortunately these things happened. He saw me again a week later and confirmed the news. Where again neither I or my mom where able to seen the screen or explained nothing. My mom sneaked a peek thought she saw two sacs mentioned it to me but they said nothing. When i asked for a pic at least for my memories, they ignored me i did so 4 times. My mom had to tell the DR i wanted a pic for him to print me one out. After that i went to women and infants and they had confirmed there were two sacs and when i called and said this. The person i spoke with mentioned she could see that in the ultrasound pic and didn't understood why it wasn’t mentioned to me. When i tried to get a DR with my OB i was told that she only saw pregnant women :( therefore i couldn’t see her. Went to planned parenthood got my d&c schedule but prairie health center needed me to go there and confirm my “situation” went waited hours for them to tell me that they couldn’t do nothing that day bc of an issue with their ultrasounds (while i was waiting, i was asked multiple times if i was pregnant even tho i had explain i was actively having a miscarriage, and i could hear people outside asking if i was there for pregnancy) Months - years later they still had me on the system as pregnant when i told them multiple times to fix it even on the app i was mark as needing to do my 14 week check up …. It wasn’t until April 2025 that a DR in finally removed it when she asked me if i was pregnant again and when i explained she apologized and told me she would remove it right away as that was completely unacceptable for them to still have me relieve such as trauma…… i had more happen to me but this is the best i can come up with to not think about such nightmare too much.

Worst health center in Providence RI I been in pain since February 2025 and my primary doctor Tenesha Lisbon is rude and has no empathy with her patients I been having kidney pain bladder issues and I been in so much pain in my back and pelvis I been asking her several time to give me referral to a nephrologist doctor and she doesn’t care if you are suffering …. I wish I can change here I hated her attitude too

ZERO! stars When you greet the front desk or the side room workers on the 1st floor they stay quiet and dont even look at you in a friendly way. They stare at the screen and ask for your info .Its really rare to get a person in a good mood that day to attend you. If you dont like interacting with people find another job. 1st floor and 2nd floor Workers have a serious problem communicateing with each other. One tells you one thing and when you go up stairs they tell you another. They expect you to be their little messenger while they sit in their chair and talk crap. Its like either floor Workers want to deal with you like of your a bother. Us patient who go there, go to be seen because we are in pain or discomfort and expect to have a smooth visit not to come out feeling frustrated and unheard. We are all coming here because we are compromising. If we could find a better clinic and Dr.s we would of left long ago.👎
