Total incompetence. Like just WOW. Dropped off internals on a swing arm for a backhoe. Kept it for two weeks finally they told me they couldn’t remove the nut. So I stopped by and they absolutely destroyed it trying to remove it. You would think I hydraulic shop would actually have the nut to remove it. Instead they took an air hammer and destroyed it in trying to remove it. Mind you this is an old tractor that I can’t get a replacement. There apologies was just a “Sorry Buddy try a machine shop” they were actually thinking about charging me for the labor but had a change of heart.
