My experience at Mavis was top notch! I made a same day/last minute appointment for oil change on their website. They called shortly after informing me I could come earlier if I had availability. I thought that was amazing! Ive been wanting to get oil change done all week but with two jobs it’s been hard to come in. Mike, the service manager, was so nice and helpful. I went through the normal process of calling stores up and getting quotes on tire cost and installation. Basically everyone was giving me the same run down, but when I called Mavis Paul answered and was very helpful. I was looking for the same tires that I had because they lasted me this long, but Paul was able to find me tires that were just as good but for half the price. He gave me a clear rundown of the costs and actually let me do the math while on the phone which was a huge plus for me. Most places tell me to just call back when I start doing that, but he let me do my thing. He told me that they just finished up with all their morning customers and if I was able to come by now they could squeeze me in which is basically unheard of when dealing with replacing tires. He was very knowledgeable and professional and even mentioned the rebate on my tires to save me some money. He also gave me the 10% military discount, so if you served you can get that as well. 10/10 recommend, I'll be coming back soon to have my other vehicle serviced.
