Least welcoming wine shop in Nyc. When you buy a wine you want to feel welcomed and have a proper experience. Entered the place said good morning and owner gave me a bad look without answering. Left and bought 5 bottles somewhere else!

Rude staff and terrible prices. Never want to actually help you find something you will like, nor are knowledgeable about their selections. Much better off going to wine therapy or Bowery & vine

Wasn’t a delight, cashier with short grey hair and glasses had unnecessarily less than smart comments to share when I told him I didn’t need a bag because I was prepared with my own, and then didn’t think it was necessary to provide me a receipt (need to expense my purchase); following by a second less than smart comment about me believing he in fact charged me for a take away bag. They’re certainly not selling service with an aim to have returning customers here…GOOD LUCK
